Brave Living Series ~ Cultivating Courage – SOLD OUT!
You can choose Courage or you can choose comfort, but you cannot have both! – Brené Brown
Which do you choose?
We chose comfort because it is the easy choice however it comes with consequences that ultimately lead you to living your life with regret and the constant questioning of ‘what if?’ Comfort choices also lead us to a lack of self-confidence which may then lead us to the path of anxiety and even down the internal dreaded path of ‘what will people think?’
When we choose comfort, we elect to hide from who we really are and instead keep ourselves small and locked into a situation that we really don’t wish to be in.
Yet, when we choose Courage we intrinsically trust that we will be able to manage and overcome the fear and move through the situation with our head held high. Yet managing and overcoming fear isn’t always so simple and neither is engaging in courage!
Being courageous with your life is choosing to live BRAVE! Yet to live a brave life you must first understand what Courage is and how to cultivate it in your daily life.
Or to put it simply to live Brave is to be Courageous!
