Have you ever thought, “What will people think?” or “I am not good enough?”
Each day we face a barrage of images and messages from society and the media telling us who, what, and how we should be. We are led to believe that if we could only look perfect and lead perfect lives, we’d no longer feel inadequate. So most of us perform, please, and perfect, all the while thinking, “What if I can’t keep all of these balls in the air? Why isn’t everyone else working harder and living up to my expectations? What will people think if I fail or give up? When can I stop proving myself?”
Based on Dr. Brené Brown’s New York Times bestselling book “The Gifts of Imperfection” this 2 part workshop will take you through the Guideposts for Wholehearted Living—and leave you feeling more connected and passionate about your life and life in general. Both Brené and Jennifer will guide you step-by-step on a joyful, compassionate and courage-building journey unlike any other you have experienced through a series of videos, intention setting, discussions, reading, connection and expressing yourself through your own interpretation of creativity and more!
It’s heartwork through artwork and taking the journey from ‘What will people think?’ to ‘I am enough!’
Part 1 of this workshop will be held in the first part of 2017 and part 2 held in the second part of 2017.
This Workshop will be facilitated by Jennifer Anderson, Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator and Personal Leadership Coach.
